Our service

KiddyPet provides digital desktop pet products for personal desktop use. Customers may purchase pre-made animated desktop pets or order custom desktop pets generated from customer-provided pet photos and selected animation requirements.

KiddyPet is a digital product and entertainment service. It is not a physical pet, veterinary service, medical service, mental-health service, or professional advice service.

Adoption refers only to a digital cat. It is not a real-animal adoption service, physical-goods sale, financial service, cryptocurrency or stored-value product, or marketplace.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under 18, you may use or purchase it only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. You must not use another person's account, payment method, or personal information without permission.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is involved in fraud, payment abuse, infringement, security attacks, or other misuse of the service.

Purchases and packages

Product pages describe the price, included features, delivery method, supported systems, and package scope before purchase. Please review those details carefully before paying.

Pre-made desktop pets are usually delivered by download, account unlock, or another digital delivery method.

Custom desktop pet packages include the generated animations and delivery scope shown at checkout. Optional add-ons require a separate confirmed purchase when offered.

Custom content

For custom orders, you must provide pet photos and instructions that you have the right to use. You must not upload illegal, infringing, abusive, private, or unauthorized content.

AI-generated results may vary from the original photos. We do not guarantee a perfect likeness, exact movement, or specific emotional effect. We will follow the package scope shown at purchase.

Animation edits and upgrades

Each custom cat plan includes 3 animation edits. One edit is one regeneration request for one animation, not a remake of the entire cat or plan. Unused edits stay with the same cat, and extra edit packs apply only to that cat.

Upgrades are available only to higher plans. Completed animations and recorded edits remain with the cat; only newly added custom animations need generation.

Customer-requested animation edits are separate from technical fixes for broken files or missing purchased content, which do not require an additional purchase.

Gift Returns

Gift Returns is optional digital content for eligible Standard and Max cats. It may include digital gifts, photos, or postcards. It has no cash value and is not transferable, tradable, an investment, a token, or a physical delivery.

Each eligible cat has one seven-day free trial. When it ends, you decide whether to subscribe. If you do not choose to subscribe, there is no monthly charge.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly only after your express agreement to the displayed price, auto-renewal, billing date, and cancellation method. Turn off auto-renewal from the relevant cat's Gift Returns card in My Cats; access continues through the current paid period.

Upgrading does not restart or extend the trial. Failed renewal stops new content until payment succeeds, without another free trial. Previously received gifts remain available.

When a Standard cat upgrades to Max, Max content unlocks without extending the current trial or paid-period deadline. Any changed renewal price requires confirmation before the next renewal; a paused subscription remains paused until you restart it.

Delivery and technical fixes

Delivery estimates are shown on the product or checkout page. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery times, unless we expressly state otherwise.

Technical failures, missing purchased files, or files that cannot run on a supported system are handled as technical fixes and do not require an additional purchase.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. In general, downloaded digital products and custom work that has already started may be non-refundable, except where required by law or where we cannot deliver or repair the purchased product. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.

Where required for immediate digital performance in the EEA or UK, we obtain express consent and acknowledgement before delivery or processing begins and record it in the order confirmation.

License and usage

After purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to download and use the purchased KiddyPet digital product for your own desktop use.

You may not resell, redistribute, copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit KiddyPet products unless we give written permission.

Prohibited use

• Using stolen payment methods or making fraudulent purchases.
• Uploading content you do not have permission to use.
• Attempting to attack, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass our systems.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing KiddyPet files without permission.
• Using the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Changes and availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product develops. We may also update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KiddyPet is provided as-is and as-available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses beyond the amount you paid for the affected product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
