Information we collect

• Account information, such as your name, email address, login method, and account preferences.
• Order information, such as product selected, package details, purchase status, delivery status, and support history.
• Gift Returns trial, subscription, renewal, cancellation and refund records, together with download and animation-edit usage records.
• Pet content, such as photos, names, selected animations, and generation instructions you provide.
• Technical information, such as browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, and diagnostic logs.

Browser drafts and storage

The website uses browser storage for draft upload references, language preferences, and request identifiers that help you continue a flow without accidentally creating a duplicate request. Draft references may use localStorage or sessionStorage, depending on browser availability.

The current upload-reference draft becomes invalid after 24 hours and is cleaned up when you visit the flow again. This does not delete account, uploaded-content, order, or payment records on our service. Clearing browser data may remove your local draft.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Payment providers may collect payment details, billing information, fraud signals, and transaction data under their own terms and privacy policies.

How we use information

• To create, deliver, and support pre-made and custom desktop pets.
• To process orders, send receipts and notifications, and respond to support requests.
• To improve product quality, website reliability, security, and fraud prevention.
• To comply with legal, tax, payment, and platform obligations.

Pet photos and custom generation

When you upload pet photos for a custom desktop pet, we use those photos to generate, validate, deliver, edit, re-download, and support the product you requested.

Private uploaded photos are not public marketing materials. We require your separate express permission to use them for public marketing or to train general-purpose generation models.

You must only upload content that you have the right to use. Do not upload images that violate another person's rights, privacy, or intellectual property.

Service providers that host files, process images, generate animations, or deliver downloads may process this content only for service-related purposes.

Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, process payments, prevent fraud, provide analytics, host files, send emails, or generate custom products.

We may disclose information if required by law, payment-network rules, court order, or to protect KiddyPet, customers, or the public from fraud, abuse, or security threats.

Retention and deletion

We keep account, order, and support records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud.

Pet photos and generated files may be retained for product delivery, support, repair, and quality control. You may submit a deletion request through our support channel. Requests are reviewed and handled manually, subject to legal, payment, and operational requirements.

If you request deletion of source photos used for generation, we will explain before processing the request that deleting them may make later animation edits for that pet unavailable.

Cookies, analytics and international processing

We use necessary cookies and browser storage to maintain account access, protect security, remember preferences, and support your customisation session. Analytics may process product-use events and technical information; where consent is required for non-essential technology, consent and withdrawal choices must be provided.

Our cloud, storage, generation, email and payment providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Applicable protections for cross-border processing remain relevant.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access and reduce unnecessary data retention.

Children

KiddyPet is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. We may verify your identity before acting. Some information may need to be retained for payment, tax, legal, security, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.
