Desktop pet packages

KiddyPet sells digital desktop pet software for Mac. Nothing is physically shipped. Prices are shown in USD and are confirmed before checkout.

Pre-made and custom pets

The same package prices apply to a pre-made cat or a custom pet created from your photos. A custom order requires at least three suitable photos and includes up to three animation edits. Technical fixes for a delivery failure do not consume paid edits.

An additional pack of three animation edits is $9.00. Package upgrades are charged only for the difference: Starter to Standard $5.00, Standard to Max $5.00, and Starter to Max $10.00.

Gift Returns subscription

Gift Returns is an optional $4.99 USD monthly subscription for each eligible Standard or Max cat. Each eligible cat has one seven-day free trial. No subscription charge is made unless you explicitly choose to subscribe after the trial.

A paid subscription renews monthly until you turn off auto-renewal. Access continues through the current paid period after cancellation. Previously received digital gifts remain available. Gift Returns has no cash value and includes no physical delivery.

Public review preview

This review website does not accept payments, create orders, issue receipts, or unlock downloads. Checkout screens are product previews only. Real payment processing will be enabled only after account review and will require a successful provider confirmation.

Refunds and billing support

Refund eligibility depends on the product and whether digital delivery or custom work has started. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; KiddyPet does not issue wallet balances or store credit. See the Refund Policy for the complete rules.
